We are Thimo and Odette van Riet, Dutch nationals. Thimo was born and raised in Noord Brabant, The Netherlands and Odette in South Africa. Odette lived in The Netherlands between 1992 – 2005 and worked for international companies. After Thimo’s study at the Erasmus University he first worked in the financial services sector before we moved to Cape Town, South Africa in 2005 where we had a Touring company, Happy Days Tours, for 16 years. In September 2021 we moved to Bella Italia. 

We love to travel, meet people, and enjoy good conversation whilst sipping on a glass of wine and delectable food. We are now looking forward to welcoming you as our guest at Country House Le Marche.
