Country House Le Marche is a tastefully transformed 18th century authentic farmhouse, previously known as B&B La Coccinella, offering panoramic views. This charming holiday home in Italy is nestled in the spectacular rolling hills of Monte San Pietrangeli, surrounded by farmland and olive groves. It’s a piece of paradise where you can relax and unwind by the swimming pool, enjoying nature and breath-taking sunsets while sipping on an Aperitivo. Our mission is to ensure you have an unforgettable vacation.

We invite you to stay in one of our 4 B&B bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms located on the second floor. Each B&B room, along with our holiday rentals, is tastefully decorated for luxury, comfort, and coziness. Additionally, there is a beautiful family apartment on the ground floor, accommodating up to 4 guests, featuring 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. For those who wish to prepare their own meals, there is a large fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, also on the ground floor.

Country House Le Marche is completely private, set within nearly 1000 meters of garden, featuring a magnificent 12 x 6 m swimming pool surrounded by oak trees and offering stunning views of Monte San Pietrangeli. The rooftop terrace provides a perfect spot to relax. Our expansive garden includes beautiful seating areas and 161 olive trees to explore.

This vacation home is excellently located, just 11 km from the historic Roman city of Fermo, 22 km from the sea and beaches like Porto San Giorgio, and 74 km from the Sibillini Mountains Park, providing numerous opportunities for exploration in the surroundings. The nearest airport is Ancona, just a 45-minute drive away.
